Pretty good but wasn’t thrilled about needing to request the same change several times. It was very frustrating to have the image come back without the changes requested. With the 400 character word limit it was challenging to request changes for so many characters. I suspect if I only had a couple of characters the editing process would be easier. I wish there was a dialogue with the artist rather it being only one way.

My whole family LOVED this canvas and the stickers and now they all want copies! Customer support was AMAZING and worked with me on making changes and adding things after I received the first proof. I was super impressed with the details and what they could add. They also really captured expressions and personalities from the photos I sent. I cannot recommend Art of Yellow enough!

This was a perfect Father's Day/Birthday Gift for my husband who LOVES the Simpsons. I was very pleased with the fidelity of the drawing based on our family portrait -- they really captured our postures and expressions well, and paid loving attention to important personal details like the Islanders logo on my husband's hat and his greying sideburns. The composited our portrait against a custom background as well and it worked wonderfully! I would definitely recommend this for any Simpsons Fan!!

I ordered during a peek time - it was around father days, however I did feel like it TOOK A LONG TIME. The quality of the picture was excellent. The boys look very similar to them self! My father loved it and was happy with it. Solely giving it 4 stars BC Customer service never responded to my email and turn around time. I would order again, but I would do it well in advance.

When I first saw heard of this site through a friend- I thought it was a neat idea but I honestly didn’t see a huge resemblance between the people that and the characters. I later saw an ad on Facebook and really wanted to get one for done for my husband for Father’s Day. I sent photos, I sent a detailed description of what everyone should be wearing to make it look like us. I received the initial copy and realized I should have been more specific on a few minor things and asked if they could be changed. Once I received the final copy- I couldn’t believe how much the characters look like us. I absolutely love it so much. In less than a week I had it printed (I did 20in x 30in) and hanging up in our home in less than a week. I couldn’t even wait to give it to him.

Also, when printing was delayed, they sent links to places to have it printed sooner, without me even asking! By far the best customer service. Will recommend to everyone.

Love love love the picture! They really captured our family well. I had some comments after they first sent my picture. They were happy to accommodate and made changes quickly. The more specific direction you can give the artist, the better. Then when my print was going to be delayed, they let me know and gave me options to get a print another way faster and than refunded my print payment When I decided to go the faster route! I was very impressed with the responsive customer service.
