REFUND POLICY

At artofyellow.com, every portrait is custom-made, so refunds and returns are handled differently from standard products.


1. Digital Portraits

  • Since each artwork is unique and hand-drawn, all digital orders are final and non-refundable.
  • If you are unhappy with the artwork, contact us—we offer minor revisions at no extra cost (within reason).

2. Physical Prints (via POD Partners)

  • Physical products are printed and shipped by our third-party Print-on-Demand partners.
  • Refunds/replacements are only offered if:
    • The item arrives damaged.
    • The wrong product is delivered.

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo proof of the issue and proof of purchase. To start a replacement or a refund, you can contact us at info@artofyellow.com.


3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once we have started creating your portrait.


4. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs fees, or lost packages caused by carriers.
  • We will, however, help you track and resolve issues with our POD partners.
