Great customer service: I used the convenient chat function on the website before anything else. I got an immediate answer from a live human over an instant message window and all my questions were answered and ....I had a lot of questions! I received my design about two days later, and this was during a busy time for them around Mother’s Day! I was a bit late to the game but they were speedy and got me my design with a day to spare. Everything was perfect. They were just a few one or two details I wanted changed and they got those to me in less than 15 hours. So the final product was finished to my exact specifications right on time… I really put them to the test and they came through 110%! My mom loves her Mother’s Day present!

I love it!! The kids love it too. I also ordered the big poster, can’t wait to get it. I definitely will be doing this again. Great communication with them about a couple changes I had needed and they did not hesitate to fix them and were super friendly!! Highly recommend doing one. Thanks to the artists
