We create custom hand-drawn digital portraits based on the photos you upload.

• Digital delivery: Artwork is sent to your email in high-resolution format.
• Physical delivery (optional): If selected, we place an order with our Print-on-Demand (POD) partners, who print and ship the portrait to your address.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in the selected currency and are subject to change.
• Payment must be completed at checkout before we begin work on your portrait.
• Orders are final once placed (since portraits are personalized and made-to-order).

3. Photo Submissions

• You are responsible for ensuring that photos you upload are clear and of good quality.
• By uploading, you confirm you have the rights/permission to use those photos.
• We do not accept offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without authorization.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Digital portraits: Typically delivered within 2-4 business days via email depending on your order size.
• Physical prints: Delivery time depends on the POD partner and your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your original photos.
• We retain rights to the artwork we create but grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use your portrait.
• We may feature your portrait in marketing materials only with your consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Issues caused by low-quality or unclear photos.
• Delays in shipping or third-party errors.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
